As this year comes to an end most people start to re-think their lives.

You find that at this time many people either break up or get into relationships–some people seem to stress more, while others seemingly hang-out in bliss.

Do you think this all has to do with the amount of holidays jam packed into a short time? Where would you consider yourself on the spectrum of stress vs. bliss? Or, why do you think people so strongly go in search of the best ways to end the year? What does it matter, there will be another year, and another, and well another in which you try and improve every single time. Does that mean you are never quite statisfied with your life? That you are never quite as happy as you think that year, or the next? So you are ever content?

I feel as if people stuggle so hard to do all these things and compile them into this 2/3 month period instead of doing them through-out the year. Strike that …. many never doing it at all. Who says everything needs to be analysized and made better? The whole point in being happy and content is that you love and enjoy where you are in the NOW. Right?

With all this being said what is the point of a New Years Resolution. It’s like Valentine’s Day, a day of love being specified to be shown on ONE day. It’s the ONE time of the year where you try to commit to changing something about yourself (supposedly for the better). If you are happy why change at all? Why only choose to do it at this ONE time of the year. I personally think that is bullshit.

Anyways I am sure I can go on and on about this. But I would much rather interact with you guys on the topic what do you think and feel?
