The Electronic Frontier Foundation has their panties in a bunch about the Justice Department’s use of a so-called “Back Door Wire Tap” to jail Steven Warshak, creator of the penis pill Enzyte, and its tool-of-a-spokesman “Smiling Bob.”
Apparently, Enzyte does not increase penis size as claimed. And, Warskak was recently convicted on 93 counts of conspiracy, fraud and money laundering, ordered to pay $500 million and spend 25 years in jail.
Ouch. It appears the Justice Department did not use any lube on its “back door wire tap.” They also “bent” the law to get 27,000 of Warshak’s emails without his knowledge.
