It appears that the Obama administration and even the Federal judiciary may be choosing to use scarce federal resources, DEA agents and prisons to fight Mexican Drug Cartels instead of legal pot dispensaries. Of course, we know it was easier to jail hippies running dispensaries in Santa Cruz than drug kingpins, gun runners and hedge fund managers with offshore accounts. Kudos to Obama and his team for having more brains and balls than the previous administration.
